Christmas Shipping Information.
Through Dec 19th, same day shipping service applies for all gift basket orders placed by 3 pm EST (noon PST) and all fruit and candy bouquets placed by 2 pm EST (11:00 PST). On December 22nd and 23rd, only 2nd day and next day air orders will be shipped the same day. All 3 day and ground orders that come in on December 22nd and 23rd will be shipped on December 29th. If this changes for any reason we will notify you as soon as possible. Of course UPS/Fed Ex do not guarantee any shipping methods to arrive before Christmas if they are shipped after December 12th. There will be no refunds on late deliveries.

Express Shipping and Delivery Times.
Other shipping methods include UPS 3 Day (3 business days + shipping day), Fed Ex 2 Day (2 business days + shipping day), & Fed Ex Next Day Air (arrives the following business day). Additional charges will apply for these shipping options.

Shipment of fruit baskets are Monday thru Thursday. Shipping options are 3 day on Monday and Tuesday. 2 Day and Next Day on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Thursday shipping option is Next Day only. We are sorry but ground service is not available on any fruit baskets. This is due to the high perishability of fruit.

Perishable Items.
Any gift such as fresh fruits or perishable products must be shipped via 3 Day, 2 Day, or Next Day Air. Although this is more costly, it is the only way to ensure that the gift will arrive fresh.

Can I ship my basket anywhere?
We offer delivery of our gift baskets to any physical address within the United States. Please keep in mind that Alaska and Hawaii do have higher rates. If you plan on sending a basket to these states, please email us for the shipping rates prior to placing your order.

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO-FPO addresses, or overseas addresses. These destinations are too high risk, and we have experienced numerous incidents where the packages were either damaged, lost, or returned to us at great expense.

Why do you need my recipient's phone number?
Federal Express and UPS must have the recipient's phone number to qualify for our guaranteed delivery service. We will not contact your gift recipients via phone unless we are having problems with delivery.

Will a card be included with the basket?
An enclosure card is included in all of our merchandise with the message of your choice. Please be sure to include your name or the company name, so the recipient knows who the gift is from.

Can we track our order?
Once the order has been shipped, you will immediately receive an email notification with a tracking number to track your gift online. You may also call UPS Toll Free at (800) 742-5877, or FEDEX Toll Free at (800) 463-3339.

Refund Policy.
We offer refunds (not including shipping and handling) for any damaged or defective gifts, as long as the claims are placed within 10 days of the gift being received.
